Day 1

Arrival Riga

Arrival in Riga, optional transfer to Hotel, check-in, welcome meeting. Riga Sightseeing tour – Old Town and Central Riga, the downtown area, is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List thanks to its Medieval dwellings, quaint 19th century wooden structures and its prime examples of Art Nouveau architecture that, actually, are like no other. Day 2

Riga – Sigulda – Cesis –Valmiera – Riga

Breakfast at Hotel. In the Year 2017, the Riga-Gauja region will bear the title of European Region of Gastronomy. A special concept, called "Wild at Palate", will be the guide for you to get to know the diverse dining out pleasure to be found in Riga, Sigulda, Cesis and Valmiera. Dinner.

Riga – Rideli - Engure – Ventspils

The tour of the Rideļi Mill offers to learn about flour milling equipment and the milling process. Fill your pancakes and enjoy!

Before we get acquainted with Ventspils we have the possibility of discovering Engure Municipality which is a municipality in Zemgale. We will take part in a fish smoking process and tasting!

Modern beer has been created from the experience of centuries, and its production is based on traditions, knowledge and skills received in heritage from another generations. Day 4

Ventspils – Liepaja – Kuldiga

Liepāja is located in the Kurzeme administrative region. In ancient times this was the territory of two tribes – Livs and Curonians. Sightseeing Tour. Liepāja will not let the guests to leave hungry. And in order not to break one’s head while studying the menu, now everybody has an opportunity to choose a special Liepāja specialty – ”Liepāja’s menciņi” – in any of the city cafes and restaurants. Menciņi is cooked using an old fashioned country cooking recipe from Southern Kurzeme – potatoes, smoked cod and onions in a hot pot.
