Our program offers a unique cultural and gastronomic experience and allows you to get to know the island from the inside. The program includes not only visiting famous tourist places, but also acquaintance with the real life of the island, its traditions and food. Notes and recommendations:
The island of Sardinia is located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea and has a humid subtropical climate. The mistral wind is typical here, the average temperature on the coastline in winter/in early spring is +12 +15 °С, but depending on the weather it can reach +18 +20 °С. In spring/autumn temperature may be +20 +25 °С, but there also may be rains and unstable weather, on the island and on the mountains temperature may be 5-10 degrees lower. We recommend to take warm clothes. For a gastronomic experience you need to specify your eating habits, if you have ones, and we suit our gourmet menu to your specialties.

Day 1: arrival at Olbia airport. Check-in and hotel accommodation.
Day 2: CORAL RIVIERA, SARDIAN VILLAGE, LIFE IN SARDINIA, TRADITIONS, CULTURE AND CUISINE.
A fascinating journey along the one of the most beautiful coasts of the Mediterranean - the famous Coral Riviera on north-west coast of Sardinia. Coral Riviera is called so because of the rare corals of extraordinary beauty, from which are maked the famous Alghero jewelry.
“In Sardigna” – “Life in Sardinia”, the birthplace of Pecorino cheese, bread baking and traditional Sardinian dinner. An introduce to the real life of Sardinia, we will acquaint you with the traditional lifestyle, culture and cuisine of the island and will show you the real Sardinian village.
Here you can taste different types of sheep milk cheeses, sausages, homemade pasta, bread, meat, sweets, wines and liqueurs.The culmination of traditional Sardinian cuisine is the famous “Porchetto Arosto” (or “porceddu” in Sardic) – roasted piglet on a skewer for several hours in a special way, as it was prepared by the shepherds of Sardinia for many centuries.
Day 3: ALGHERO, FAMILY WINERY AND A TYPICAL ALGHERO WINE.
Excursion to the old town of Alghero. Alghero is a picturesque medieval town surrounded by bastions on the very sea shore, located in the heart of the Coral Riviera. The city was founded in the 12th century by the powerful Genoese family of Doria. Nowdays it is one of the most popular resorts, a place of excellent rest, romantic landscapes, as well as excellent shops, supermarkets and great restaurants.
And here you will find a family winery and Alghero wines, wine degustation with lunch and a culinary workshop by cooking Sardinian pasta in the traditional old way with our chef.
You will also see one of the most beautiful places where the magical Sardinian “cannonau” is born - longevity wine, which has become a symbol of Sardinia – spectacular, refined and full of island flavors.
Premium wines are produced here: Vermentino di Sardegna DOP; Cannonau di Sardegna DOP; Alghero Cabernet DOP; Alghero Cabernet DOP “Riserva” (getting ready for 12 months in a small oak barrels and 18 months in steel); Syrah IGP Isola dei Nuraghi.
Day 4: CASTELSARDO, THE ELEPHANT ROCK, SEAFOOD PARADISE.
Excursion to the medieval fortress city Castelsardo (Sardinian Castle) – one of the most beautiful medieval towns of Italy.
Gourmet lunch from the seafood in the famous local fish restaurant.
The island’s fish cuisine is a true paradise for seafood lovers; island’s beautiful crystal clear sea offers a variety of fresh fish and delicious local seafood.
Day 5: MYSTICAL NURAGHI, “PANEFRATTERIA” AND ANCIENT BREAD CUISINE.
Excursion to the Nuraghe Santu Antine. A unique tour of ancient monuments, nuraghic complex which is approx. 3900 years old and which is an important example of the prehistoric architecture of the Mediterranean. Visiting the Saturday city market for local products in Sassari. Excursion to the historic center of Sassari with a visit to the famous market of local products.
"Taste and aromas of the ancient land" lunch in the traditional "panefratteria".
The original cuisine according to ancient recipes of the island is made only from bread. Sardinia is the richest region in the world in terms of bread variety; here you will find out what “panefratteria” means. Amazing dishes from different varieties of Sardinian bread: snacks, first courses and even desserts!
Day 6: UNIQUE GALLURA WITH UNCOMMON GRANITE ROCKS AND FORESTS WITH AGE-OLD CORK OAKS, AGGIUS – GRANITE CITY, GALLURIAN CUISINE.
Gallura is a northeastern region of Sardinia, characterized by a rugged coastline, beautiful bays and picturesque beaches, granite cliffs and cork oak forests, numerous islands, including Tavolara and the Maddalena Archipelago, and is one of the island’s most popular destinations for tourists.
Excursion to Aggius – the medieval town of Gallura, which is located among the uncommon granite rocks at the foot of the jagged ridge called "Monti di Aggius".
Lunch at a local restaurant serving traditional Gallura cuisine or a picnic in Lunar Valley (depending on weather conditions).
Day 7: COSTA SMERALDA, GALLURA’S UNIQUE WINES.
Excursion to Costa Smeralda - exquisite Sardinia’s charm. Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast) is an amazing coast on the north-east of Sardinia – stretching for 55 km in length with charming beaches and snow white bays with crystal-clear emerald sea and sculptural granite rocks, well-kept towns and villas built in a unique architectural style. Costa Smeralda is known worldwide as the most elite and exclusive resort of the Mediterranean with the most luxurious and famous hotels. This is the center of nightlife and the most luxurious clubs and discos – the legendary “Billionaire”, “Sotto Vento”, “Sopra Vento”, “Vita Smeralda” and “Ritual”.
A visit to the “Vermentino di Gallura” – one of the best wineries of Gallura, wines features and degustations.
Sixty hectares of vineyards, oaks, wild pears and wild flora such as lavender, orchids and thousands of other flowers.
Day 8: Check-out. Departure from Olbia airport.
